Founded in 1903 under the arcades of the legendary Rue de Rivoli in Paris, Angelina has become a landmark of indulgent pleasures. Hot chocolate, jams, biscuits, and sweet specialties, Angelina is renowned for its artisanal teas.
Angelina Paris, an icon of gourmet luxury
The story of Maison Angelina dates back to the early 20th century. At that time, the Austrian confectioner Anton Rumpelmayer arrived in the South of France, where he opened several shops and gained great renown. Driven by success, he set his sights on conquering the French capital, opening a boutique under the arcades of Rue de Rivoli in Paris. It was the 1900s, and Paris was alive with an incredible artistic and intellectual fervor. Writers, painters, and politicians gathered in cafés to debate and exchange ideas.
From its opening, Angelina became the must-visit gourmet and refined gathering place for Parisian aristocracy. In its salons, Proust, Coco Chanel, and the greatest French couturiers crossed paths… Today, Parisians, passing tourists, and celebrities flock there to enjoy the famous Mont-Blanc and the unforgettable hot chocolate known as 'L'Africain.'

Artisan de La Truffe
With a wide range of grocery products, Artisan de la Truffe shares the pleasure of the black diamond of gastronomy with all, offering 'small luxuries' that are both accessible and unpretentious.
Both seasoned connoisseurs and budding gastronomes will find delight among its must-haves: the summer truffle-flavored Guérande salt (IGP), extra virgin olive oil with black truffle flavor, and summer truffle mustard—true essentials to elevate any dish, not to mention the renowned truffle-infused foie gras.
The truffle is a so-called 'hypogeous' fungus: it grows and develops underground, reaching full maturity after about 290 days. There are around sixty varieties of truffles documented worldwide. However, only a few offer culinary interest, and some are even inedible! Of these, six are considered 'gastronomic,' being the most commonly consumed for their organoleptic qualities.
